Mital was amazing and so easy to work with!! From the first day of meeting her, she very clearly delineated the process, explained the next steps and set expectations around expected rent and timing. She managed to rent out my house within 5 days of it being listed! I had also moved out of NJ a month before the property was being listed and Mital went truly above and beyond in terms of working with some repair folks and cleaners, taking out any remaining trash and even helping me return my router that I had forgotten to return. She is the definition of going above and beyond. She is also extremely responsive to any questions and proactively tells you the next steps. I will definitely look to work with her again to rent my property and if I was looking to buy/sell in NJ and highly recommend you do as well!
