I can’t say enough good things about Mital. At first we met with her to look at a unit for rent at Liberty Square then, we pivoted to wanting to buy. Mital was beyond knowledgeable about the community as well as the surrounding towns. She is a very hard worker, punctual, and very attentive (and responsive to my 100000 dumb questions). She always had our best interest at heart, and, us being first home buyers, needed all of the advice we could get. She walked us through it all and was on our side every step of the way. I can't say enough great things about working with Mital. She is extremely professional, responsive and efficient in getting the job done. We put our house up for rent on a Tuesday and by Friday, we had multiple offers for renters. She also made the entire process stress-free. She took care of all the paper work and details on her end so all we needed to do was disappear for the showings. She worked with our schedules (we have a 2- year old so we couldnt show the property on weeknights) and never made us feel pressured to change anything. She is very familiar with Wood-Ridge and Bergen County so she is a great resource for both renters and sellers. HIGHLY recommend her.

She truly had our best interest at heart every single time we put an offer on a home we loved. We are very difficult, hard to please and sometimes confused clients… that saw atleast 50 homes over the year across Bergen, Morris and union counties, made her write offers on atleast 15 of them and she has been supremely patient with us for an year until we finally won a bid war and closed on the house of our dreams!! She is extremely driven and truly listens to you and tries her best to cater to your wish list you want to find in a house. It’s not always about the years of experience that matters but the commitment one really had towards clients and Mehek really exceeded our expectations in every way possible.
