Misty stays connected for ALL the steps.

Misty's commitment to customer service is exemplary. No matter what the step - large or small - Misty stayed connected, responding to questions, needs and calming the anxious moments. We had a bad experience with a proposal that she worked hard to resolve in our favor, staying in contact with us through it all. She listened to our wants and needs and work hard to get us into a great house that really suits our goals.
