Misty was very friendly and helpful with our first time buying a home! She helped explain things to us, and was never condescending or dismissive with any questions or concerns we had. She was patient and helped guide us through our first home-buying experience. That being said, I wish she would have reached out more during our closing week, as we had to contact her to get some closing information and finalize our deadlines. Our home buying process began in Spring of 2020. We weren't ready to sign with a realtor, but wanted to talk with someone about the process. Misty worked with us and thoroughly went through everything, knowing we were not ready to commit at that time. Fast forward to December 2020. We found our house and instantly called Misty to figure out what we needed to do next. It was the week of Christmas and Misty continued to work so that we could secure the offer and acceptance on the house.
