We took an unexpected transfer to Panama City. We grew up and lived in Texas and had spent a long weekend in Panama City beach once 15 years ago. We took a spur of the moment trip to Panama City and had about 5 days to learn the area and decide on a house. Misty worked several long days showing us homes and teaching us the area. When we returned home we had 5 properties that we were willing to buy. Insurance eliminated 2 properties and parking eliminated one more.
