We found Misty through a co-worker of mine after we were dropped from another realtor. Misty was great to work with! Also understood our needs. She wasn't pushy with homes or try to tell us to over bid by 20K plus for every home we saw (which the previous realtor was doing). The process of buying our home went overall well, she was very prompt with getting/giving us information and communicating with our mortgage company. I can fully recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell.

They only had 5 stars! Misty needs another rating system 5 isn't nearly enough! Misty had any and all questions or concerns handled promptly and professionally. Any issue or obstical that arose she handled with grace and clarity. She was on point and always making sure I was kept in the loop. She bent over backwards to get my house sold and get the best possible price. Best choice I could have made!

She was actively involved in the sale through the entire process. She helped determine the house value, recommended repairs to make the best impression on potential buyers, participated in open house events, followed up on leads and recommended the title company for closing.
