I was connected with Misty in late 2017 where she really took the time to listen to what my family and I were looking for. The market was a sellers market! She constantly updated me on listings and made the time to show us and would work quickly to submit the offer immediately, We were out Bid 4 times it was frustrating and at a point we were going to give up and Misty stayed patient and kept us encouraged by looking and staying the course! When we finally went under contract she kept us informed through the whole process to the end. If it wouldn’t of been for Misty working so hard I would have given up on buying at that time!

I would highly recommend Misty for your real estate needs. This was a new construction home and unfamiliar territory but she never skipped a beat. Always willing to step in and translate all the legalese. She was extremely quick in all the processes, even staying connected and readily available on vacation. And never for a second made me feel like I was intruding. The only reason for four instead of five stars is because there was not prior experience with new construction.

Misty was excellent from start to finish on The sale of my home. It was a complicated situation while we were selling ours and moving into another one and she made the process as smooth as possible. She was friendly knowledgeable and prompt in her replies. Even to the degree of working while on a cruise ship vacation. I would highly recommend Misty and will use her should I ever need to move again. She was more than a realtor she became an advocate and friend. She priced our house just right and it sold in less than two days.

Misty was amazing from beginning to end. She understood the chaos we had been going through with getting a teen to college and a vacation that was planned months prior to the sudden job relocation. The process was so easy with Misty and we were able to focus on everything else. 10/10 recommend!

Misty was always SO calm, sweet, positive and happy every time I called or had questions. She never made me feel dumb or annoying for asking questions on things I did not understand. She always answered her phone and got back to me very quickly with every text or email. She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to my family.

She not only helped me sell my house, she put me in touch with a handyman for small repairs and cleanup as well as helping me to pack! She is a full-service realtor and now a friend! I highly recommend Misty.! If you have a difficult move, she’ll make it easier. She’s wonderful!
