Finding this home with Misty was such a wonderful experience! She cared about our family’s needs and managed the entire process perfectly. We needed someone we could trust and rely on while make such an important decision and we found all of that and more in Misty!
Absolutely everything about our experience with Misty was fantastic! Knowledgeable, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire process. We are so grateful that she was the realtor we chose to go with as Misty most definitely improved our journey of selling our home.
Misty was the sole reason I was able to purchase my home. She listened to my concerns, understood my needs, and was able to deliver! I will be referring my friends and family to Misty as I am 100% confident she will work hard to ensure they get what they want!
She will listen to your needs, and try her best to find the correct place for you and your family.
First time home buyer!!! I’m so happy in my new house, all thanks to Misty! She made the process so easy, and I couldn’t have done this without her. I never thought I’d be here, but Misty helped me find the right home for my budget in the area I wanted, and now here I am, living in my perfect home! Thank you Misty for helping me achieve this!
This was my first time working with Misty and I would do it again and again. From providing support through the listing process to the negotiation, she covered all aspects of the good news and delivered the challenges in a professional and well thought out manner. Our buyer was a little bit of a challenge and through it all she kept me calm! I would highly recommend Misty Cabaniss again and again.
