I reached out to Misti to sell my condo back in Feb and from the moment we first spoke to the closing day (even after) she was excellent. Her marketing was top notch with use of professional photographer, coming to market flyers (digitslly) to even making Facebook/Instagram live videos about coming to make, it was top notch. Even before going live on the MLS, Misti and I were in constant communication as she is punctual with texts, phone calls and emails. I was lucky enough to get multiple offers above asking and close the sale in 3 days of listing. Misti helped me make the appropriate decision after presenting a spreadsheet of all offers with all terms and conditions. For me, being a first time seller. This process was effortless.
