We were looking for a home for our family of five with particular taste, function, and style, basically, we wanted a lot more than our budget would allow. Throughout the process, we found several homes that we were chosen for (this is a feat being in a buyers market) but backed out last minute due to some unforeseen issues with the homes itself. She is unlike any other realtor that we've ever met. The bottom line is she is personable, honest and actually cares for your well-being and not just a sale. Her knowledge was very vast, and we threw a lot of questions with each home visit. If she didn’t know the answer to it, she would find out and get back to us. She would also make herself available via phone, text, or email any time we had questions or concerns. Missy is an outstanding realtor that goes above and beyond her duty. Missy is the consummate professional realtor. She is bold and aggressively seeks the best outcome for her clients. I was looking for a condo in S Orange County with a VA loan. VA loans are complicated and sadly not on "the preferred buyer list". Given the challenge, this is what she did for me. Found a beautiful condo for me that has an unobstructed view of the entire San Juan Capistrano Valley, from Dana Point to the Ortega Valley. Soft landed my offer at less then the listing price. WHO DOES THAT IN THIS MARKET. Since May 14, my home shows a value of $85k more than my purchase price. She was behind the scenes working with my lender, escrow, and the buyers agent ( which was no walk in the park). She immediately notified me of potential process issues that could have delayed the sale. She totally delivered for me! This service connected vet has been blessed to have her represent me.

If we look up the definition of professional realtor we should be seeing Missy's face. She did a truly amazing job representing me with my seach and ultimate home purchase. Home purchases are emotional, filled with ups and downs, especially in South Orange County. Missy carefully investigates your interests and throws a wide net across your desired geography with not just daily updates, but hourly as well. She was ahead of future listings by informing me what properties were soon to be on the market. A big plus that saved both of us a lot of time and demonstrated how connected she is to the market. She has a clear and expert understanding of the entire process as well as a personal relationship with all the players. From the seller's agent, my lending institution, title, escrow, home i. An extremely important knowledge base to have in your agent's toolkit. Once we made an offer and it was accepted at less than the listing price (less then listing price, are you kidding me?), she didn't leave me with all of my "new friends" to complete the process. She's your "helicopter agent", ready to immediatly intervene on your behalf if she sensed that timelines or paperwork deadlines might not be met. I had more than one call at 9p in the evening from her to explain what she had done on my behalf when a potential issue popped. She PUSHED the seller's agent to move with time sensitive paperwork (this agent was the absolute antithesis of Missy). When the day came to fund, she alerted me, not the bank, that they did not make the transfer on time. Through an hour on the phone I was able to get the money wired in time. Then, she was in touch with escrow and title to make sure they received the money in time to close. If she had not been watching, closing would have been postponed to the next week. Escrow and Title pushed back on closing because the money came in later than they wanted. Missy (The Velvet Hammer), MADE IT ALL HAPPEN! AMAZING PROPERTY!
