Missy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She came to our house on the interview with passion and excitement. We interviewed three realtors and the other two did not even compare to Missy. She was prompt in her communications, realistic in her pricing for our property, and we sold it after a day and a half on the market? Why? Because Missy posted this on her FB page and she has such a loyal clientele that a former client of her saw this and immediately jumped on it. Missy posted this everywhere but it was her FB posting that did the trick! She was so professional with the buyers and with us at the closing as well as during negotiations. With Missy's help, my husband and I found a builder for our beautiful home. Missy made the entire process as easy as possible for us, contacting the builder whenever we needed and keeping us on track with anything we needed to do. This allowed us to enjoy all of the selections we got to make for our new home without having to worry too much about when we needed to contact certain people.
