Missy is super and our experience was wonderful! Honest, conscientious, hard working, responsive, friendly, open, competent, and a strong advocate. I didn’t really have to lift a finger - she recommended all the services I used (escrow, inspection) and they were all great! My wife is a first time home buyer, but I have been investing for about 18 years and worked with dozens of agents; she’s at the top of that list! We hired Missy as a buyer agent but she was the seller’s agent too. She navigated the tricky dual agency like a pro, and we felt satisfied that we didn’t get reduced service in any way. Everything went very smoothly, with the exception of one of the contractors who changed the schedule and terms on us. That made me angry and concerned, a fact that I communicated to Missy.
