Missy Oliver was absolutely a joy to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. She did a wonderful job pricing for the current market to ensure it wasn’t overprice or underpriced. The appraisal came back in the same range so she was 100% correct in the list price. House was under contract within 2 days due to all of Missys help and knowledge of the current market and area. I highly recommend her.
