We went through a prolonged and contentious home purchase. Thankfully, both Ruwena and Missy went out of their way on many occasions to keep us informed as to what actions were transpiring and to communicate with the builder’s agent. They represented us and looked out for our interests. Without those efforts, we would have turned this process over to our attorney to recover the funds we had invested and obtain any additional restitution we could recover.

Missy went above and beyond in helping us find our forever home. My husband and I have very opposing schedules and a newborn which made it hard to all meet at once. She took the initiative to look at some houses for us and send us pictures and videos when we could not meet. Once she had an idea of what we were looking for, she would send us a list of potential properties that she suggested, all of which met almost all of our criteria. Her availability and response time was outstanding. We were in a rush to get out of our apartment because our lease was ending and she kept looking even when we could not.
