Missie was clear and punctual in all communications; she knew the market, was quick about gauging a prospective list price; and she was exactly on the mark with advice about the conditions (e.g., painting, staging, timing of listing and open house, etc.) that would attract interest and lead to a timely sale. I have not always found realtors in the past to be professional, friendly, and reliable, but Missie far exceeded expectations in every regard. I cannot recommend her (and her team) highly enough.
