We were moving from out of state to Columbus OH to be closer to family. We were given Misha's name by friends in our church. Once we made contact Misha: - showed us homes and areas of Columbus OH while we were still out of state to help us close in on local Columbus areas to actually visit - listened intently while we discussed each home actually visited, discussed pros and cons of each home with unbiased eye - once we decided on new construction, actually sat in with us with the interior designer to assist and give a different perspective to some of the choices regarding interior fixtures for the home - stepped in and really supported us when we ran into snags with the home contractor. She was definitely our advocate for those issues of disagreement. - strong working knowledge of construction and interior design with a great eye toward form and function of how furniture could layout in a given space. - in all instances thru the home search and construction Misha was always communicating with us via text/email/phone. - has outside resources to help the purchaser for all areas of the home construction and based on our needs always had the phone number of "the guy" to handle the need. - the closing went smooth, Misha was there for us till the end and now she is a dear friend. - we have been blessed to have Misha as our realtor thru this process and we give her our highest recommendation

I would definitely recommend Misha to others. I was very apprehensive at times and probably not the easiest client. She offered support and guidance along the way. She is very knowledgeable, communication on point, and definitely in your corner. Took a while to realize all of this and allow her to do her job as she would tell me; but when I did it made things so much better. I had a contractor tell me she is a bulldog. I would agree with that and add a little golden retriever too. Thank You Misha for making all of this a reality!
