Working with Mirta was the best decision my husband and I ever made. She is extremely knowledgeable in the home buying process for first time homebuyers and treats your home ownership dream as her own. When various challenges were faced during our home buying process, she tackled them head on and did not leave us to resolve everything on our own. It was through her expertise that we were able to negotiate a lower deposit for our home and receive builder closing cost incentives without closing with their preferred lender. Mirta took the time to explain and go over contracts, home inspections reports, appraisals, and so much more. Everything she did was out of care and not obligation.
