Mirek was our agent to purchase a condo and then sell our home. He is very attentive, detail oriented, responsive, knowledgeable, organized and guided us from beginning to search for a condo through the sale of our home. We had been in our home a very long time, needed specifics in a search for a condo and helped us seek out a new home as well as keep us appraised of all the legalities and obligations we would assume. When we were finally ready to list our house he brought in a great photographer who captured our home in the best light, helped us determine a fair and realistic asking price and hosted both agents and clients immediately. We did have to adjust our asking price a little but we had an offer within 4-5 was. Closing took a little longer than we would have liked but that was due to the financing of the buyers.

He has Finance background will is an add-on service you will get as first time home buyer. He is very sincere with the advantages and disadvantages of the home in your selection range. I got my condo purchased within 1 month and I am still happy with the purchase today when i am living in it for more than 6 months.
My experience with Mirek was second to none. Talk about personal attention! Although I know t's hard to believe, Mirek stuck with me as we went to 50...yes, FIFTY...different condos throughout various neighborhoods in Chicago to ultimately find an incredible hidden gem in one of Chicago's hottest neighborhoods! Mirek and I were on the same page 100% of the time. He knew what I was looking for from Day 1, and he didn't pressure me to consider other options when we weren't necessarily finding the right condo for me.
