We were delighted with the service provided by Miro and her team, with her taking ownership of not only viewings prior to making an offer but also our purchase of our home in Newton, the sale of our home in Waltham and the leasing of my apartment in Brookline. It made everything smooth and relatively stress-free throughout the 4 month process. Miro is organized and efficient, with a specialized, virtual team. One lady sets up appointments to look at properties. In offer-mode, another lady communicates with seller and gets the lawyers going. The lawyers follow through seamlessly and it's all wrapped up. I had stringent criteria (price/area/parking), where few properties met the criteria. Once I identified a property, Miro and team were right on it. I'd absolutely call Miro if I'm ever in the Boston real estate market.
