"Mirna was very quick to respond to my initial online inquiry (within 2 hours), was able to view my house that same day, and made good suggestions for what needed to be painted, repaired, and replaced. She was flexible in the day of my listing, which allowed me 2 full weeks to get my house ready to photograph and list. And since my house was sold in 15 days, she obviously did a good job selling it, and for my asking price! Mirna really earned her commission over the next 2 months dealing with the constant communication of the new buyer, the home inspector and the title company. During this process the buyer moved the closing day in by 2 weeks, and then experienced delays of 3 weeks while a paperwork problem on their end was resolved. Mirna kept me informed of every issue and delay throughout what turned out to be a painful process. While my house was being sold Mirna did a lot of work to help me find a new house and then a suitable lot when it turned out the housing market was insufficient for my needs. Mirna did a fantastic job. I’ve been buying and selling real estate for 40 years with over 40 transactions.
