Ms. Metcalf in my opinion is a very unscrupulous realtor and individual. In dealing with her on a property she had listed for sale and owned, she on two different occasions came back wanting to add money to a signed contract via of addendums for items that were not my responsibility. Ms. Metcalf was also supposed to bring a garage door opener to the closing but on the day of didn't have it claiming it was broken (no big deal). Since the sale I have met another individual who was considering using her for a home purchase but after declining to make an offer on either of the two homes she was shown, Ms. Metcalf became very agitated. Another issue worth mentioning is Ms. Metcalf calling one of my neighbors two months after the closing to ask them if I had received mail for her son. What! How would my neighbor know or care? My feeling is that if he was not competent enough to change a forwarding address he didn't need the mail.

Due to the market being as crazy as it was when we bought our home early 2021 our original realtor was not as responsive or helpful as we would have liked. I ended up doing the work for her and started reaching out to the listing. Thats when Miriam came in and helped us get some showings. No strings attached. She responded within minutes sometimes seconds of us finding homes we liked. We ended up switching to Miriam and we could not have been happier with our choice. She was there from beginning to end.
