Miriam worked tirelessly to make sure we our home sold at the highest possible price even with a list of repairs that were required for the loan to close. Our home was a rental for 20 years and had a lot of deferred maintenance. We also live out of state and Miriam had daily discussions and emails ensuring we were going to be on time with our closing.
