I would definitely recommend Miriam for any real estate need. She helped me sell my home, AND buy a home. She was very knowledgeable with the whole process. She was always available to answer any questions I had, and there were a lot! In addition, she was always available to show us homes to purchase. She made the whole home selling/buying experience actually enjoyable!
