Despite unprecedented delays and barriers, none of which were either of our fault, Miriam was finally able to get the deal done. Miriam kept us informed of every offer, even ones she knew we would not accept. In one instance we put out money to conform to the request of an AOS. The individual then tried to walk away from the deal. Miriam was able to advocate for use to receive the earnest money due to the funds we expended. On one occasion, Miriam was willing accept a loss on a percentage of her commission to appease a greedy agent for one buyer. The buyer made a good offer but the agent wanted a percentage of Miriam's commission as part of the offer. Of course, we declined. Eventually we accepted an offer that, although not smooth, Miriam was able to navigate through and complete. This is the fifth time Miriam has served as a realtor in the sale or purchase of our properties. This last one was wrought with difficulties but Miriam advised us through them all. We would not use anyone else.
