It was truly an honor to have Miriam represent me as my Real Estate Agent. She was there every step of the way to answer all my questions and provide information and responses in a timely manner. I have worked with several agents in the past but I have to say, hands down, Miriam is the best I have seen. She made the transfer of information between the seller, the seller's agent, and lawyers, a seamless one. Miriam went beyond her duty as an agent. With several delays encountered by the bank on closing the deal, Miriam continuously checked in on me to reassure me that everything would work out just fine. And it did! Additionally, the icing on the cake was receiving a bouquet of flowers from her to thank me for choosing her as my agent. That was such a kind gesture. Miriam Moodley is a very nice person She helped me in a lot of ways. For e.g., she planted flowers at the front of the house to make it look more attractive. And she helped me to get rid of some trash by using her S.U.V. to haul the trash to the dump. However Ms Moodley also conned me into selling my house at a price well below what it was worth. I do not understand why she told me to sign the online document with terms that were insulting. I repeatedly told Ms Moddley I would not consider the offer; told her to tell the buyer No. The price was too low. Other people were looking at the house. I told her I would have her or another Real Estate agent put the house up for rent when I left the country if she could not get a reasoanble offer. But she told me I had to sign the preliminary P & S, even though it contained wrong figures - mistakes in the amounts - which she lined out and corrected after I had signed. I was sure this could not be a legal document and I demanded that she and my lawyer force the buyer's lawyer to produce a proper legal document and also that I did not accept the price of 249,000.00, which was below the Zillow market value for the property and below the minimum that I would take for the house. The buyer would sue me for breach of contract they said. The buyer did not make a deposit of $5,000.00. I had been told in December 2020 to put up 5,000.00 as deposit on the purchase. But they rolled this item into the purchase price so the principle was raised by 5,000.00, on top of the 5,000.00 that I added to to list price - at Moodley's suggestion - which was to be paid by the Veterans Administration anyway - on a 30-year mortgage. It did not make sense in 2022 that some person could offer only 1,000,00 for a deposit - and this was refundable. For this Moodley took my house off the market. That 5,000.00 was still part of the principle of my loan in 2022. So I got screwed buying and selling by Moodley. I should have gotten a different RE.

I have been looking for homes with miriam for about a year and it has been super crazy with all this high demand in houses. We saw so many houses with her and sometimes it was disappointing to see the houses we put an offer to being sold to someone else but Miriam tried her best and she would encourage me and say we will find something that is meant to be for me and my family. Finding this house was perfect for us because it was in the area we wanted, within our budget and we loved it. My family and I will be forever grateful for you Miriam. We thank you so much for having patience with us for a year hahaha. I definitely recommend everyone to buy and sell with her, she's amazing and very fast with everything, you'll love her.
