Miriam's knowledge of the local market and management of the process ensured we sold for the price we wanted and in just a few days. We were out of state throughout the sale and Miriam handled every detail, always communicating with us and helping us evaluate our options. Our sale also involved tenants and a third party property manager, and Miriam coordinated with all of the relevant parties with professionalism and kindness. Her resources and contacts were very valuable, and we were impressed with how much work she was able to coordinate in a short time, getting our house repainted, new carpet laid, and show ready even over a holiday weekend.
