Miriam's knowledge of the local market and management of the process ensured we sold for the price we wanted and in just a few days. We were out of state throughout the sale and Miriam handled every detail, always communicating with us and helping us evaluate our options. Our sale also involved tenants and a third party property manager, and Miriam coordinated with all of the relevant parties with professionalism and kindness.
