Ms Miriam was a very patience person knowledgeable and understanding. She was very eager making sure I understood the whole process. Even when I thought she would be frustrated with me for not forwarding the documents on time because I did not understood what the terminology meant which got me frustrated and wanted to throw in the plates but she was not having that behavior just said ok let’s do it this way or let’s start over. She also is very knowledgeable and kind and more than all very honest. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others. Thanks
