My experience with Miriaha as my Agent was quite remarkable from beginning to end. She never once hesitated to take us on any number of Viewings whenever requested. Which, by the way, I loved the opportunity to be able to see numerous settings and go away with new ideas of my own each time. Miriaha was not only very prompt, but very patient as well, in answering any and all questions along the way. She never once made me feel as if I was being a nuisance to her. The final house we Viewed, and ultimately succeeded in getting an acceptance on our Offer even happened while Miriaha was in Jamaica. She had told us ahead of time that she would be gone during that time period but she would still be reachable. She assured us everything would continue as smoothly as before. And as promised it was exactly that. How much better can you be than to successfully sell a home even when you're in another country at the time. Great Job Miriaha!!
