The words above say it all. I would not have my home if not for Miranda and her work. She and her team made it possible. Miranda was happy to show me homes I found and suggest others, and made several home offers for me in a tough, tough market. But when I decided to delay pursuing a new home and bank the $$ from my old home sale, Miranda suggested looking at my (now purchased) home and got an immediate showing. She created a strategic offer that won my home over several other bids. All along the way, she was realistic and positive about the market and my homefinding journey. I’m now in my home, and I _love_ it. In fact, I’m glad that this was the one that ultimately came through, thanks to her. All throughout the process, Miranda and her team made sure that it all hung together and got me to closing day.
