Miranda is the best Realtor we've ever used! We hired her to sell my father's home as I was managing his estate. She knows the local market, gave excellent advice on staging/preparing the house for sale, and has an excellent Rolodex of support personnel (handymen, painters, estate sales businesses, etc.). Another one of her great qualities is her willingness to go the extra mile. For instance, she volunteered to meet/let in the workers I hired to repair the house so we did not have to make numerous trips just to open the house. She also helped oversee some of the repair work for us. Miranda is skilled, motivated, and it is fun to work with her!
