As a first time seller, I had a million questions and Miranda took the time to thoroughly answer each one. She was so in tune with everything going on in the market, strategically planning the details for the listing and explaining what I needed to do every step of the way. I felt very at ease as she made sure to include all the necessary contingencies in the paperwork and once again communicated them well. We went under contract after just one open house and Miranda was in constant communication with both parties throughout the entire process. All while wrapping up the sale, Miranda was keeping a pulse on new listings popping up to make sure I found a new home that checked all my boxes! Houses at the time were going so fast and time was of the essence. Miranda had such a sense of urgency and took me to many showings and was ready to write up an offer at a moments notice. Home buying/selling is not a walk in the park but I cannot commend Miranda enough for how seamless she made the process!
