This was the first house we had sold and Miranda came to the initial meeting with everything we could have been curious about. Once we chose Miranda to be our realtor she IMMEDIATLY went to work. Our house was listed and had a open house in the same week. Even when we had a crappy appraiser experience, she worked through everything and made sure we were informed every step of the way. We were able to sell our house, make money on it, and sell to an awesome couple. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
