Miracle started as my realtor and became my friend. Due to covid, I purchased my home virtually. She took the time to know me and my preferences. She was available on evenings and weekends if needed. Miracle is not just her name but what she does! I chose her from a random Zillow listing earlier in the year. Exceptional marketing skills! Great negotiator and on top of everything at all times. When we listed our house with her she said she would sell it in three days! We, of course, were skeptical BUT!!.... in 3 days we received 3 offers! We accepted the most convenient to us and voila!
