Sarwar Uncle is not just a professional real estate agent—he’s someone you can truly trust. With his help, we purchased two condos in Parkchester. I’ve never been comfortable with most agents because they often feel pushy and treat you like just another client. But with Sarwar Uncle, it’s different. He genuinely listens to what you want and searches for properties that fit your needs. When we view a property, he personally inspects it and gives an honest opinion. If a place isn’t worth buying, he’ll tell you straight up instead of pressuring you to close the deal. That level of honesty is rare among agents. In the past, I’ve dealt with someone who tried to ask me for money as a buyer, even after receiving their share from the seller. With Sarwar Uncle, you never have to worry about that. He’s reliable, fair, and will never cheat you. Every time I buy an apartment, I trust him to handle the bidding. He always starts low and only increases as necessary, focusing on saving you money rather than profiting off you. That’s what sets him apart—his integrity. He’s helped my uncle, a doctor, purchase apartments, as well as two of our own. If you’re looking for an agent in Parkchester to buy a house or apartment, Sarwar Uncle is the one to go to.
