Denise McClelland was my agent, and, of course, she is knowledgeable, helpful, skilled, responsive, and just a really good agent! She helped me through every phase of the process with support and very good advice. But in addition, you get the whole Minteer Team, in my case, the added skills of Cindy Kocsis (preparing home for market and getting it listed, and finding appropriate buyers, etc.) and Tina Diershaw (reviewing contract and title work, interacting with title company, etc.) . Plus the many others "behind the scenes" who did their part!
