Minnie was referred to my family by a dear friend, she praised her work ethic, excellent response time, and knowledge of all parts of the real estate business. Minnie sold my childhood home a few years back, took the right pictures, and gave a detailed summary of my home and surrounding areas that would be enticing to any future homeowner. Listed it on a Monday, had one open house, and generated 3 excellent offers, one of which we accepted. I reached out to her a second time, to help my family sell our home. We listed it with not much action. Took it off the market and when we reached out again, we made the difficult decision to list it during the beginning of the holidays. We had a few open houses, and lots of foot action but no true offers, then we gave it a 3rd open house, and had an offer by that following Friday, full asking along with a 30-day escrow. We accepted and made it a point to move out sooner than requested due to all parties wanting to be settled for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. We made it happen and we couldn’t have been any happier with the experience minus the moving part, I’m sure everyone can relate to that part.
