We have had very bad experiences with a few agents in the past. Mindy has been stellar to work with. She was patient with us and quelled any anxiety over the process. Mindy did such a great job with us. The process of buying our home had a lot of speed bumps, but Mindy was able to overcome every obstacle with ease. She was knowledgeable, kind, and was able to educate us on every option. She was also super funny! We genuinely enjoyed being around her. When we were first house hunting, we viewed about 10 homes. Each time, Mindy would wait for our opinion, and then she would tell us the factual issues with each house (ex warped floors, weird layout, no cell signal). At the end of our month long hunt, we finally found one we liked…. Which then began a multi-month long process of snags. Despite us becoming discouraged a few times, Mindy kept the most positive attitude. She kept reminding us that our family will fit so well into the perfect place we found. She made us see the forest through the trees. We are forever grateful for the help she gave us. Her whole team is awesome. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home soon, Mindy is the best realtor you could ask for. Above everything, she advocates for her clients. She didn’t take short cuts to get a deal pushed through quickly. She saved us a lot of money with negotiations, made sure every big inspection issue was fixed, and encouraged us at every step.
