Mindy could not have made this easier or more pleasant, she was just incredible. We realize it's certainly a little bit uncharacteristic to fall in love with the first home you look at overall, and while we did look at a few other ones, it just had to be the first one we saw. She was solid in negotiations and was never once was pushy or standoffish as we had to go back and forth with the lender and at a few times, things looked bleak. She did give us two excellent referrals for lending and insurance and those individuals as well were fantastic, so she has clearly built a solid network in order to best assist her clients. I also appreciated how thorough and detail oriented she is; I had mentioned wanting to do nothing but float around our new pool with a Corona in hand, and lo and behold we found two new floats in the pool and Coronas in the fridge on closing day. If you want a genuine home buying experience with the best in the business, you want Mindy Smith.
