Mindy exemplifies the epitome of service!! Took on EVERY detail of the sale. Mindy’s response time to questions or actions needed were almost immediate. Weekdays, weekends if she couldn’t answer my call {yes, I understand she had other clients} she would immediately text me and then follow up with a call. She guided me through the process and never got impatient with me always taking the time to explain things in ways I could understand. She defined the timeline and managed my expectations perfectly.
