We really were not sure what we were looking for so he sent a number of different types of MLS home feeds that gave us information on all of the different types of properties we were considering. When we heard of a property from a friend that had only been on the market in her neighborhood for a few short hours we called John and he was very quick to respond, get the information we needed to make a decision and we had a contract on the house by the next day. This would not have been possible without his quick response. Any questions we had, he generally had an answer to us within a few hours and if for some reason he could not get an answer right away, he kept us appraised of the situation.
