This was our second time working with Mindy. We bought our house from her in 2020 and then called her immediately when we were ready to sell. We had to move out of state rather quickly for work purposes and she was very helpful keeping us up to date on the status of our sale. It was a difficult situation trying to communicate in a time zone three hours away but she was always available to us and was always quick to help. While the house was on the market, a hurricane came through and she was very quick to assess any damage and quickly rectify anything that may have effected the sale.
