Mindy is a girl who knows what she's doing. I needed someone who I knew could walk me thru a very difficult process and she was right there the whole time answering any and all questions and always made feel at ease. Mindy was fantastic! Our condo sold pretty quick at first but then fell through last minute. After that it became very difficult to sell due to time of year, and the HOA cost. Mindy was so great at coming up with new ideas to make it more desirable. We were moved out already, so she even went in and staged it herself! She also was the voice of reason when I had moments of "freaking out." I would highly recommend her!
