Mindy was sensational! She was candid with us about all of the details, educated us about the finer points of some of the contract terms (and did a great job of getting a developer's rep to acknowledge the concern - she was persistent in all the right ways, and it really felt like she had our best interests in mind - and was expediant and communicative about everything throughout the process. I have already referred another friend who is looking to move from the northeast, like we did...and the couple who recommended Mindy to us did too. She was quick to address any questions we had about trade-offs from one town to another, and didn't waste our time by looking all over the place at homes we weren't going to be interested in. I genuinely cannot think of a single critique about Mindy. She even wore expensive shoes through construction clay to help us see if a new development was comparable to a neighborhood we favored. It was, and we purchased it. We've been here for a few months now, and could not be happier. Mindy made the house buying process as stress free as I could possibly imagine.

We began our move to the Raleigh Durham area from California in late 2019. We had to move very quickly and Mindy was extremely accommodating in scheduling showings in a very fast paced and challenging market. Mindy was able to stay on top of the market and efficiently scheduled a showing on our eventual new home as soon as it came on the market! Her experience and reputation with the listing agent and mortgage company propelled our offer to the top of the multiple over listing offers! We purchased a house in Chapel Hill with Mindy's help during the height of the pandemic. She was amazing to work with. For most of our search, we were unable to visit a property as we lived out of state, she walked us through the viewings on zoom while carefully pointing out things we should notice.
