Buying your first home is terrifying. Selling your mother’s home after she passes away? Even harder. But somehow, Mindy made both feel… doable. Manageable. Even a little joyful. To the absolute powerhouse of a human who happens to also be a ridiculously good realtor, thank you!! For your wisdom, your humor, your patience (with my anxious personality) and your uncanny ability to make “real estate chaos” feel like a well-organized parade. You were there when I was a nervous first-time buyer, and you showed up again when life got hard. You’re more than a realtor, Mindy. You’re a therapist with a lockbox key and market comps; a true friend in disguise. If anyone is looking for someone who will go to bat for you, sit with you in your moms empty house, and remind you that “we’ve got this,” Mindy is THE woman to call. 10/10, would buy or sell emotional real estate with her again.
