Mindy was a great agent! She worked with us and showed us different options for pricing, she had comps and was realistic but wanted the very best for us. When we got offers she was a master negotiator and presented our offers to us, gave us advice but made sure we knew that the final say was ours. She helped get inspection check lists complete with her list of contractors and had both a lawyer and mortgage broker that she recommended and they were great as well. Just give Mindy a chance, she is amazing!
