She sat down with us and listened to what we wanted for our house and did what she thought best for the pricing of the house according to our wishes. The first people that went through the house made us an offer of $1,000 more than what we had wanted for the house. Mindy was always there when we had a question or needed help with someone to make the necessary repairs. We were very impressed with her knowledge and helpfulness.

Mindy was a great agent! She worked with us and showed us different options for pricing, she had comps and was realistic but wanted the very best for us. When we got offers she was a master negotiator and presented our offers to us, gave us advice but made sure we knew that the final say was ours. She helped get inspection check lists complete with her list of contractors and had both a lawyer and mortgage broker that she recommended and they were great as well.
