My husband and I were extremely grateful that my internet research led us to choose Mindy as our real estate agent when deciding to retire to Murrells Inlet SC. We flew down from NY for only a few days to look at multiple retirement communities after speaking only once with Mindy on the phone. When we met her the first morning we were immediately impressed at how professional, warm and friendly she was. Mindy actively listened & diligently searched to find what we wanted in our new home and retirement community. Being so knowledgeable about the Myrtle Beach/Murrells Inlet area she knew what communities would fit us best, but willingly showed us any homes that we were interested in. She was always prompt and responded almost immediately when we had any questions or concerns via phone, text or e-mail. As we were on a such a tight schedule, Mindy patiently spent many hours showing us listings on the internet, as well as showing us multiple homes each day. On the very last day, after saying goodbye to Mindy, my husband and I stopped to talk with a couple we had seen earlier who told us a home was for sale up the block from them with the floor plan I had wanted. I was a little hesitant, but called Mindy and asked her to comeback to show us this one last house. Mindy was very pleasant about our request and arranged to meet us soon after. That was the home we bought! Without Mindy's true dedication we would not have found our dream retirement home.

When I talked with Mindy on the phone I explained what we were looking for and she directed us to the community that we are purchasing in. She was very knowledgeable about the community and fitted us to our needs.
