Mindy was very easy and great to work with. She sold our old house quickly but did all the leg work of researching market value, contacting all the appropriate inspectors, and making suggestions as what we could do when asked. She found and showed us houses that met our “want list” which saved us time and was very appropriate for our wants and needs. Selling or buying a home can be stressful and confusing or at least it was for me. However with Mindy as my realtor I felt none of that. Mindy was my realtor when I bought and sold my home. Both times she went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on. Not only is she dependable and knowledgeable and hardworking.
