We had such a wonderful experience working with Mindi Marshall as our listing agent. Mindi also offered us so many helpful resources and ideas to get our home ready to list, and she was there to guide us through every step. But what meant the most to us was the genuine care and sensitivity she showed our family. Selling our home was emotional because our daughter had passed away the year before, and we were deeply attached to her room, her belongings, and the memories within our home. Mindi understood that and gave us the space and support we needed. She helped us navigate the process in a way that allowed us to honor our daughter’s memory while still moving forward. She even helped us make sure we could keep certain items that were especially meaningful to us.
